Terms

To book an apartment please send an email to info@apartment24.ee or fill in the booking form on our website. After we receive your booking request and a downpayment (30% of total stay price) we send you a confirmation message. If you wish to cancel your booking please send us a message at least 7 days before your planned arrival (or act according to cancellation conditions stated in your confirmation message). Downpayment is not returned if you fail to inform about changes in your plans as well as if you fail to arrive.

Price includes:

  • VAT 9%
  • One night in the chosen apartment
  • Bedding and towels
  • Utility fees (water, electricity)
  • Internet connection (if apartment has one)
  • Payment is made in cash or with credit card (Visa, Eurocard)
  • Apartment will be ready for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival (unless agreed otherwise)
  • You are expected to leave the apartment before 12:00 on the departure day (unless agreed otherwise)
  • Bedding and towels are changed once a week. You can order an additional change for 300 EEK
  • Apartments are equipped with everything you need during your stay. More information about furnishing etc is available on our website
  • Company is not responsible for belongings left in apartments. When you leave definitely check that you have closed the windows and locked the door.
  • If you have a problem during your stay (e.g. no water, electricity etc) we will find you similar or better apartment for the same price.
  • For stay during summer season (15 May – 15 September) and winter holiday season (26 December – 6 January) add 15% to the stated price.
