Telliskivi Creative City, a collection of old railway buildings filled with creative-minded enterprises, celebrates its 10th anniversary with a 10-day festival as colourful and varied as the community itself. The program includes special days dedicated to art, music, theatre, dance, film, architecture, skateboards, bikes and much more.
